I'm a female PhD student of veterinary medicine at the « Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire » in Nantes / France. The subject of my work is the aggressive behavior of Mongolian Gerbils (Meriones unguiculatus) among themselves in captivity.
I have put up a survey and it would be very helpful if gerbil-owners answered this form (estimated time = 5-6 minutes). In the conclusion I hope to be able to give academic reliable advice regarding husbandry of the Gerbil, especially aimed for avoiding aggressiveness amongst the population.
