I've had Mr. Shake since he was little(the white rex). He WAS litter trained. 1 yr ago I got him a girlfriend (Dutch) her name is Dédé. I have them running freely but they have like a big pen which is their home. They poop EVERYWHERE mostly in their pen but also outside of it. I closed the pen a few days ago and took out their carboard castle. All they have is a litter box food water and toys. Now Mr.shake was trained but I think he started pooping everywhere. I will keep them in their pen until they get back to their habit. They are both neuter/spayed.

Can anyone help me with this. (I Have carpet floor and it's really messy)

ONe more question: my rabbit are allowed to run everywhere they want to but they will not get out of our bedroom. It's carpeted and as soon as they set a foot on the tile (oustide our bedroom) they refuse to go on it. Before we had just tile everywhere and they walked all the time on it. Why is that?

Mr. Shake probably started to NOT use the litter box because the female was not, and he was no doubt smelling her.
Even though they are fixed/neutered they still smell each other.

I think you will continue to have the problem until and IF they both use the litter box. That may not ever happen LOL

As far as the tile, guess it feels cold and unfamiliar to them now, after the warm , soft carpeting. May not want to venture from their territory, they like the BEDROOM, ehhehehehee.
