abandoned baby dwarf hampster

I need help!!!!!! I found a baby dwarf on my kitchen floor. I know its a dwarf because a few of mine escaped. She doesnt have her eyes open yet but she has all of her fur and is moving quite well i dont know want or when to feed her any help asap would be appreciated. Thanks.
