Rescued a newborn kitten, need urgent help! Thanks

Hours ago, my dog was barking at something outside, so i went out and discovered a little kitten. It was alone, and i assumed its mother has abandoned it. I'm not familiar with cats, but my boyfriend says it's probably 5 days old, since it has fur on its body. Its size is about the size of a syrian hamster(smaller than a hand palm's size). I took it inside the hosue, wrapped it with a towel, gave him some milk and water, and then put it inside a small cage. He's sleeping now. What should i do? How many times should i feed him milk? Please tell me all that i need to know. By the way, the kitten's mother was nowhere to be seen.

They sell kitten bottles and milk supplements at PetSmart. Kittens that young, I believe, need to be fed every two hours during the day, and every three at night. Make sure you wash its genitals with a damp washcloth after each feeding...the mother does this with her tongue to stimulate the baby to potty. The baby cannot potty on its own yet and will die if you do not do this. Keep it warm as well...a cloth bag or a basket lined with blankets and a heating pad or hot water bottle will help.
