I believe my hamster is pregnant. I'm almost certain. Her abdomen is bulging and she has become a little moody. I wanted to know all the information about how to care for her that I need. She's making a nest in her wheel and I'm afraid that when her pups startwalking around that they will fall out of it. I don't want to move the wheel because she has already made her nest. I also used shredded newspaper and pine but I heard that it wasn't good to use that. THe exit to the wheel is high and I'm not sure if they would be able to reach it to get out.....Any suggestions?

Firstly take the wheel, newspaper and pine out. The wheel will hurt the pups when they are born. Newspaper is poisonous to small animals and pine isn't good for them either. Good luck with the pups.
