Can my hamster get sick if I leave him where there's a bit of a draft?

I just got my dwarf hamster a couple days ago so Im new to this!
At the moment I have the cage under my window, with a towel over it. My window does not close all the way so I can feel a draft, although its not that cold. Will my hamster get sick if I leave him there? Maybe I should just move him from there at night? I read somewhere that they can catch pneumonia so Im scared! Could somebody please help?

I know they can catch colds, so I think it's best to move him away from there all together, just to be safe. Is there anywhere else you can put him in your home?
