I am posting after myself! Wow, I am used to the frog forum.

Anyways, my STUPID brother left my hamster on his dresser UPSTAIRS. She jumped off the dresser (which she always does) amd climbed to the stairs. When she got to the stairs she fell through the railings down about, what would have been, 12 steps, into the hall. At first, he was OK, but the next night she didn't come out. The 2nd day, she came out, but she was moving kind of slowly, dind of like how when you pull a muscle, you don't really want to use it. Everyday she is getting a little more "movable." Just wondering if she will be Ok. I am pretty sure whe will be. Please help me!!!!!!!

Thanks in advance,
Casina

to know for sure, unless we were a Vet, and could actually look at her and see if anything was broken, whatever.

That was quite a fall for such a little critter, tiny legs and feet, I'm sure shes hurting some where.

If she continues to move slowly I WOULD see a VET ! She could be in pain.

I would certainly keep an eye on her, Just the fact your asking, lets me believe you are worried, and shes not acting quite right!

I'm sorry I dont have a better answer for you, but theres just no way of knowing how hurt she is through the computer, ya know,
I wish I was that good, I'd Help her in a flash!

Please let us know how you make out , Like I say, call the Vet, if she is badly hurt ! Hope she will be okay!

I would imagine every little muscle in your hamster is aching so bad right now. Compare that to you falling out of a tall tree...it will hurt. To me it sounds like a good sign that he is out and moving even if it is slowly. Make sure that he is eating and drinking. Also, make sure your brother doesn't play with the hamster again unsuprivised the next time could be worst.
