whites "bump" on hamsters nose?

i have a 1.5 year old hamster that has a "bump" on her nose.it wasnt there yesterday.its at my dads house and his girlfriend is taking it to the vet on monday.any idea on wat this bump is?she sed it looked like a blister on her nose.
