I just adopted a 6 month old Teddy Bear Hampster and I love her. Her name is Ruthie! She is totally spoiled with her new home and toys. What I would like to know is, is she fine by herself or should she have a playmate? I am not too opposed to having two hampsters, but if she is going to be just fine by herself than I will keep it that way. I just don't want them to fight or be territorial. Any thoughts?
