Hi. I have a 6yr old male glider and a 2 year old female yellow lab (whose only negative trait is being too friendly, i.e. doesn't bite, etc). I have avoided letting them interact for fear of endangering the glider. However, the dog loves it and does very well when the glider is running around the house in an exercise ball and they frequently sniff noses through the cage walls.
Does anyone have experience with introducing a glider to a dog? If so, do you have any suggestions? I am concerned that my glider may not get out enough if I can't find a way to let him roam free without worrying about the dog.
