This is a link of a number of currently used diets.

Diet is a very, very important aspect of glider care. Many people find the BML or Suncoast diets to be good. I use the "Darcy's Diet", and have for a long time with good results.

Here's a pic of my gliders nightly diet.
Dish 1: Mixed Fruit and babyfood meatsticks. (meatsticks not an everynight thing for gliders, this will make them FAT)
Dish 2: Thawed Mixed vegis with mixed vegi baby food.
Dish 3: Fruit juice Water Gerber Rice Cereal mixure.
Every now and again I even add a tsp. of actual baby formula or a spoonful of yogurt as an added treat! About once a week.
