Getting new sugar glider tomorrow...

Hello, I am new to this forum and getting one...possibly 4 sugar gliders....

Has anyone heard of the "chocolate" coloration? Is this a good thing?????

THough I prefer the Silver coloration, the chocolate is pretty common too. Perhaps less common than silver. Not sure if they are "worth" more.
So if that is what you mean by a "good" thing, than I am not sure. Unless you have something really special like a white face, albino, leucistic or white tip, then your not looking at much more anyhow. Color won change personality or behavior, size, or anything like that. The chocolates are just a browner color than the silvers. Make sure you have enough money means for thier food if you do get 4. They need FRESH fruits and vegis EVERY DAY and a protien source a few times a week (dont want to over do it, they get fat, and can paralize them). 4 gliders being fed these fresh chopped fruits and vegis every day can get tiring and expensive for alot of people. So be sure you are prepared. Good luck.
