Looking for English mice info

Hi, I'm a homeschooling mom looking for english mice to cross with our pet mice to improve size and body type, and teach my kids the basics of genetics. Unfortunately, there are no clubs in the area, and I have not been able to locate a breeder who will ship. Any advice or info will be greatly appreciated.
