I have been feeding my spikey mouse all kinds of bugs lately as treats (waxworms, crickets, and mealworms). Is there anything wrong with these foods? I am still feeding him his regular food (these mouse blocks that look like big dog food).

You can feed them those things, but I wouldn't give them to many, especially if your mice are not used to eating those sorts of things.

Yes they are okay as occasional treats. Just make sure you don't give them too many as too much protein can cause itching and poor coat condition. I wouldn't give them too many waxies either as they are very fatty
