My mouse had her babies on the 28th, I haven't seen them cause she has them in a little house I made for her. When is a good time to clean the cage because it is getting really dirty? I don't want her to freak out if i clean the cage.

Three days should be ok. Best way to move the mice out of hte cage for cleaning, is take the adults out first. Then take the babies out and put them aside on some of their old bedding (if you can get the nest out of the house mostly intact, thats best, just leave the babies on the old nest matterial. Clean the cage, put the babies back with the old nest material, then return the adults.
