My female mouse Kasey, recently got a bad spot her back. I at first thought that she just had climb through something she shouldn't. It bleed a little bit. But it hasn't recently. But she started to lose hair on on side of her face. I'm not sure what to do? She does have one companion, Tony, a female mouse. Their only a couple a months old.

Have them checked for parasites. They can have mites/lice without the average pet owner actually seeing bugs. The only symptoms you might see are scabs or excessive scratching.
