My mouse is sick!

Ok this morning i got up and looked at my mouse and she was just laying there so i picked her up and i could feel her spine and ribs and she was cold! whats wrong with her?

She deffinitely sounds sick, but more information would make it easier to diagnose. How old is she? Is there plenty of food and water in her cage? What is the room temperature and is she housed alone?

She is only a couple months old. and i cleared up her sickness. i think she had a parasite. Not sure but shes better than ever.
