My male leo has been eating very little. When he poops, instead of the normal large brown glob w/ a little white glob, he only poops the little white part. What does this mean? The female in the same tank has normal poop.

He isn't taking in enough protein. That is from a lack of not eating much like you said.
Watch him very carfully for awhile to see if he starts eating, watch for weight lose. If he doesn't start eating and these simptoms start showing up, you may have to take him to the vet. and have him check for parasites. But for know just watch him.
