Sounds like a case of headtilt, probably from an ear infection.. You should take it to a veterinarian
urrmm...really do need some more detail than this. Sounds to me your mouse is just looking to the side. It could be head tilt as already suggested or something completely normal. A picture would be better, so we can see what you are trying to describe.
