getting very large and looking like she swallowed a light bulb is a very good indication she is pregnant. If you had her for two weeks and she's looking really big, she could give birth within the next couple days. Babies definitely will indicate she was pregnant.

If she is pregnant and has babies, don't do anything special, such as separate her from the others etc. I do suggest not bothering her at all, trying to hold her etc for the next week and if she has babies, don't bother her either. A nervous female can quickly eat her babies. I also suggest don't' clean the cage till she has been nursing for several days, a week would be better if you can push the cleaning that long (if it is really dirty after a couple days nursing, then you can take the chance of cleaning..you can just take all the adult mice out of the cage, move the babies out last and keep separate, clean the cage, keep some of the bedding, make a little 'nest' and line with the old bedding, put the babies into this nest, then add all the adults again. Leave them alone to get settled again.
