I guess nobody has a manx rat.. I wonder about something though.
Do you need to watch the temperature for them? Do they get warmer or colder faster than the rats with tails?
I know rat tails help regulate their temperature, that's why they have basically hairless tails.
If they don't have a tail.. I always wonder how do they regulate that for themselves?
What about balance? I suppose they are able to balance just fine since being tailless is something they were born with so to them it's just normal.
Like my Sofia Lorat I adopted her as a baby when she was very sick with ear infection. That caused her to have a permanent head tilt but to her it was just normal so she didn't have a real problem with it.
Anyway got any pics of your manx? I'd love to see them!
