Well - last night was sweet and sour chicken night, with garden fried rice. I was sitting there in my robe all comfy, and Lucy was in my sleeve. Next thing I know, her little snoot poked out, followed by the FASTEST snatch and grab ever. She looted my rice! Grabbed a big chunk of rice and veggies, and hauled it right back up my sleeve. Gross. At least she didn't leave any leftovers. Flower missed the whole thing, she was fast asleep in the cage, playing hard to get.

I got the girls this TEENY little bed. Looks like one of those oval dog beds, only is just weensy. They love it! Just curl up in it like a couple of little puppies and snooze, happy as heck. So then - I was at the store and saw the cheesy machines by the door - put a quarter in, get a toy etc. They had stuffed animal keychains. So I put my $$ in and out pops a red elephant. I took the keychain part off and put the elephant in the cage. It has been 2 weeks now and they haven't chewed on it at all - they carry it all around the cage. LOL. I keep an eye on it though, for safety reasons, but not even a nibble. God it's funny. Maybe because its the size of a small rat pup?

Now - the abandoned guinea pigs are doing pretty well. Eating like crazy and I've started holding them. They're doing all right. The male seems to be much braver, but both are coming right along.

ANd on yet another subject, looks like the little bulldog puppy isn't going to happen. can't fly him into our airport from his in a one day trip. FRUSTRATING. So am back to square one in the search for a puppy. I'm not picky, just want a larger dog and male or female doesn't matter because it will be spayed or neutered. There are usually puppies EvERYWHERE. So where are the little buggers when I'm looking for one?????

At least robes are washable LOL!!!

I've wondered about those tiny little beds! I was always afraid if I bought one it'd get chewed to peices. They do look so comfy for the bRATS.

Good to hear the GPs are coming along now. Poor things!
And sorry that the puppy isn't going to happen.
I know what you mean.. when you aren't looking you see them everywhere then when you are looking you can't find one.
One will happen though.. it's just never soon enough.
