I think I told you all that we were adopting a chinchilla from a neighbor who was moving and couldn't take her. Well, we got her and re-named her Sophia (her name was Goober and I couldn't deal with it). Anyway, she is sweet and friendly and we really like her. But I don't have any friends who have rodent pets, and the chinchilla board here is fairly inactive, although I did post on it. My vet has a chin and she treats them too, but I can't call her everytime I have a question about behavior or how to do something. I've got some questions and something I need help with -- does anyone here have experience with chins that is willing to email with me?
