I am a rat breedr and was looking for truely strange and exotic rats to bring into the west coast to breed and sell as pets. Does anyone know a good source of possibly a international breeder? Do you need permits for say an african rat?

I'd think if you googled what you want to know you'd find some answers. You may need to check your state & local city ordinances too.
Every state & many towns/cities have different rules.
