They did something Friday night that they've never done before & it cracked me up.
I've been so busy with these summer classes that I teach every year that I've had to do things when I can get them done.
I didn't get their cage cleaned on Friday as planned until 10 PM. I did it because I wasn't going to leave them needing a cleaning.
Sat. morning when I got up they had taken Carefresh & made a huge bed on the top shelf of one of the cages.
It's a MESS but I left it there because they worked so hard on it & it's their home so if they want a mess like that I guess they can keep it.
btw.. last Wed I caught a cockatiel! Nobody is looking for him, there are no ads in the paper or online.
So I've been busy with him too- thankfully he was caught the day before a large hawk was hunting around here. I hate to think what would've happened if he was still outside with that big hawk on the prowl!
So I bought him a cage on Friday & DH put it together that night, he seems to be a happy bird.
He's getting his first vet check up tomorrow- he's a seed junkie we need to fix that!
Hey what's one more pet? LOL
