Summer is just too darn busy for me!
My bRATS are doing fine but I've been so busy catching up with everything after doing a whole month of teaching. Human birthdays, anniversaries, going away parties, hair appt. dr. appts. a friend in the hospital after having a wreck, setting up that cockatiel, taking in yet another dog chewed box turtle, yadda yadda yadda.. too much happening right now! Summer is always too busy for me! I don't like it when real life interferes with cyber life LOL!!!

I am convinced that Natalie Woodrat is losing her hearing. She is 31 months old now & seems to feel just fine. She's very happy living with the baby girls I got in Feb, she's very active, eating fine but I have to tap on the ferret tubing that links the cages together every morning now to let her know the breakfast veggie plate has arrived.
She doesn't seem to hear my voice anymore but she hears that tapping and then comes running.
One thing I am thrilled about it my baby girls. ::::knock on wood:::: but I got them in Feb. they were born in Jan. 2007 & have yet to be sick!

Boy am I ever.. the class is over but I go back to teaching lab animal at the end of Aug. That'll be college students though so it'll be much easier than trying to keep a lid on all those little kids. LOL
I've just had such a busy month with animals and humans it's almost been too much.
ALMOST though.. I'm still here lol
