Well, I am sure most of you have had babies and even have some off formula by now, but I finally have the first crew of the season. Started Tuesday with 3 raccoons, then a 4th, joined Friday by a 5th. All are close enough in size that I am keeping them together for now (#s 4 and 5 are likely 1 and 2 weeks older than original 3, so will need to seperate once food dish is offered so the smaller ones don't get crowded out). They are doing ok, nursing somewhat, but most are lazy ("If you could just squeeze the bottle for me, I will swallow it, but I don't want to suck....."
, cute critters tho, will be simply thrilled once they get over the babies on milk replacer poopies, eyuck.......I may have to swear off mustard at this rate.
How are everyone else's babies doing?
