External Overflow

One thing I noticed about most overflow boxes is that they only pull water from the surface. I imagine most of the waste in a tank is near the bottom, so I figured a way to pull water from the bottom of the tank, and still have level control. Im sure someone else has thought of this, but I came up with it on my own.

It is a 2 dimensional drawing so its kinda rough.

The other thing is that having an overflow box inside the tank always seemed to take up unnecessary space.
