Jeff, PHStaff: So, every month there is a winner for the grab bag. Now, for the grand prize, is it picked from one of the monthly winners, or is a new person picked?? If a new person is picked, can one of the previous winners win again??

A new person is picked at random from all messages posted. It is possible, though unlikely, that 1 person could win 1 or all of the monthly grab bags and still be picked as the grand prize winner.
