What is the best way to take photos of my aquarium? I have a OK Digi camera.

A lot depends on your camera and your lighting. Try first with tank and room lights on and no flash. If that's not bright enough, use the flash but be sure to not shoot directly into the glass or you'll get the flash reflection.
