I sculpt alot with clay and wanted to know if anyone had any experience with sculpting for aquariums. I've been searching all over the internet for tutorials or a material list of safe sculpting supplies. So far, I can't find anything. The commercial places must keep their techniques a big secret. I've studied all types of decorations and think that it is some kind of plastic. But I can't fiqure out what type of pain they use and if they do a finished clear coat over it. If anyone has any tips or links please let me know. I was thinking of sculpting in clay, then casting it in a plastic resin material. But I won't know what to paint it with.
