I've got carp, about a dozen of them. Need help on taking care of them properly, since I don't know if they're just like goldfish or a species needing different nutrient needs all together.

They're small, bought them at a pet shop to feed to my turtles, and found out they're kind of a nice attraction since my turtles didn't eat them. They range in color, are getting about 4" in length, and pretty much seem just like gold fish.

My main concerns are what plants to feed them and what varieties, since I've got pellets they've been eating for the past six months but want to make sure they're getting the proper diet.

They eat carp where I live, so that's how I came about getting them as pets, because there are zillions of them here in Asia.
