Hi
The bulbs that are sold and a plant grows from them after you drop them in water are they the plants called Peace lilly ?

Are the true underwater plants or they need air ?

I ask because my tank has a canopy over it and if the plant grows outside of the tank like behind where the canopy is open it wont get light.
