Stained Aquarium

littlebluegnoll Nov 04, 2007 01:06 PM

Hi everyone,

Someone was throwing out an excellent, perfectly fine aquarium, except for it being stained. It has light spots on the glass that look like drops of water damage. I've tried using windex to clean the glass and the stains seem to disapear temporarily until the glass dries. Any suggestions as to how I could clean the glass? I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks.

You could try using bleach. Just make sure before you use it for fish it doesn't smell of bleach at all. Let us know how that works.
