Catfish with spots!!!

I just noticed that my Cory cat has 2 big white spots on either side of his body just after the dorsal fin. It's not fuzzy or weird just his scales seem to have changed colour. Does anyone know whats wrong with it? Can I do anything? I really don't want it to die. It's not lethargic or anything stil it's active spazzy self.
