Male panther chameleon or adult female (non-breeding) 6 months and up:
Monday- Insects with no supplements. Tuesday- Rep Cal Calcium with D3. Thursday- Herptivite Multivitamin. Saturday- MinerAll O. Wednesday, Friday and Sunday they don't get food. This keeps them healthy and keeps them from getting overweight since they are no longer growing rapidly. It also helps them to be excited about eating, and they won't get tired of the usual food insects.

Gravid female panther chameleon:
Monday and Thursday- Herptivite Multivitamin. Tuesday and Friday- Rep Cal Calcium with D3. Wednesday and Saturday- MinerAll O. Sunday- Rep Cal Calcium.

Baby panther chameleon from 2 up to 6 months:
Monday- Insects with no supplements. Sunday and Thursday- Herptivite Multivitamin. Wednesday and Saturday- MinerAll O. Tuesday- Rep Cal Calcium with D3. Friday- Rep Cal Calcium.

Make sure that if you're dusting this frequently, that you dust VERY lightly. You should just barely even see the dust on the insect.

What? do i really have to use that many types of vitamens? I only have D3 at the moment.. Its okay though, i dont have my cham yet

You don't have to use that many.
I either use miner all indoor or repti cal which ever i have.
Never a problem and healthy panthers. To each his/her own.
You have to decide whats best for your chameleons and the conditions they are kept (indoor/outdoors). How good you feed your feeders and a few other variables. I use fruits and veggies occasionally but their main food is chick feed which some see as a problem as bad but hasn't been for me in 7 years, but like i said to each his own..
