How do I dilute seawater for my Figure-8 juvenile? Help

I have 4.4 gallons of seawater with a specific gravity of 1.027.

I want to dilute it to be suitable for a juvenile figure-8 puffer.

I have a 10 gallon tank. How much seawater should I mix with the treated tap water to make an appropriate specific gravity?
I think it would be best to have the lowest level of salinity which is comfortable for the puffer�.

History:
The pet store advised this was a freshwater fish � yeah�

Ok � so I am trying to make a gradual transition to an appropriate salinity level.

Last water change, I added 2 gallons of Nature�s Ocean Live Nutri-Seawater to about 8 gallons treated tap water.

Now, I am wondering if I should step it up?
