Clownfish sick...HELP!

I bought a clownfish last week and I noticed a small white lump on his side. It grew bigger and bigger. Today when I looked in, the white lump is now a hole in the side of the fish. HELP!! I have digital pictures I can email you if you would like to see it.

I know it's doubtful but is there any chance that you can return the fish to the store?
