I'm interested in keeping horseshoe crabs, two of them, long term in their own tank. I'm hoping to be able to save enough side money for a 60 gallon wide tank to give more swimming space. I'm going to pile one corner with live rock and the rest is going to have live sand at different depths. Filtration will be worked out shortly, probably a sump. Anyone ever keep these guys longer than say a couple of months. Since I've read that they usually starve because people don't feed them food such as clams, shrimp and other bottom dwelling meaty foods. Since I'm just keeping these two in the tank with nothing else, I'm not afraid of them digging up stuff or messing things up.
