Different Types of Clownfish

Jerilynn Sep 03, 2006 01:58 PM

I haven't bought a tank quite yet, but i plan on getting a saltwater tank & some clownfish. I just want to plan this out & make sure everything would be okay before I spend my money.

Now, I was hoping maybe I could combine different species of clownfish in one tank. I was thinking about Black & White Percula Clownfishes, the regular Orange Percula Clownfishes, and some Maroon Clownfish. Would this be a bad combination? Which sort of species would get along?

Please Reply, I need Answers.
Thanks in Advance!!

You can't keep different species of clownfish together. Pick one type and then you can only keep two, if they are a pair and not two females (usually the larger clowns).
