I have read an archived message posted in 2004 about the brittle stars, but I have one in my tank and would like to know if anyone can tell me how often they shed legs and how many they will shed at once? I always worry when I see legs on the bottom of the tank! and on from the old message, yes it is very creepy when the legs wriggle around still!!!
