Unwell Fiji Damsel

I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me about my little damsel. Just this afternoon it has become very sluggish and sits on the bottom a lot. It seems to be breathing faster as well. All the other fish in the tank are fine. It is normally very actice and darts around the tank so I'm very concerned about it.
