A close friend gave me her green anole a 6 months old, she said that when she got him she took him to the vet, but there is a black somewhat like growth on the top of him head. I have had him for about a month and it has not grown any longer but I am unable to get to a vet at the moment do you think that is anything to worry about. Also he seems never to turn all the way green, a streak on his back and on his head are almost always brown is this normal thank you.
