About 4 days ago, my crabby lost a leg. Then he stopped moving altogether. It's been four days and I don't know if he's molting or if he's dead. There is no fishy smell so far and I've surrounded him with a cut off pop bottle because he's in the main tank. I don't want to pick him to see if it is his exo hanging out because i'm afraid to traumatize him. How long do I wait until this fishy smell would happen if he was dead? I don't know what to expect. Also today, my other crabby lost a claw. I'm afraid to touch him now too! Would both crabs start molting at the same time? Is this possible?
