hi i just wanted to tell you all about my wonder full handi caped bird her name is gimpy she is a zebra finch I run a rescue of sorts and she came to me with a really bad mangeled up leg it looked so bad it was a wonder she was still alive well after allot of work and allot of vet visits and about 300 $ later she had he leg amputated so she only has he one good leg now but she is doing great she is so much healther and happy then ever . any way have a great day

I have a budgie ("Pirate" with just one leg, it's amazing how well they get around, isn't it? Most people can't even find the one-legged budgie among the 13 others in my flight, not even if I tell them to look for him! He gets around just as well as the others and balances on his stub.
