We lost our family pet, a bright green / yellow female budgerigar parakeet with dark markings (the most common colors). She was lost 10/21/2005 near Central Sq, Cambridge but could fly to other towns. If anyone sees a brightly colored budgie in Cambridge or beyond, please e-mail immediately with a way to contact you, and take her in if possible if she flies to you. She's not an outdoor bird, and is not adapted to cold, although in the wild they survive frosts. She sometimes comes to "pretty birdie", "Jingle-bell", hand claps, or various sounds. She says, "pretty birdie" and more when in a quiet mood, but that’s not to be expected now. A reward will gladly be paid for any information leading to her return.
She's a long time family pet. Thank you.
