Recently aquired additional breeder pair of Double Yellow
Head Amazons. While I add onto my aviary, I have them
stored in my enclosed garage, which also doubles as my
tanning room. Is it safe for me to continue tanning with
the birds in there? Thanks.

Most tanning beds are not supposed to actually release the "lights" out into the room. I am not sure what type you have, is it the kind you have to leave the top open to heat up? As long as you don't have it pointed directly at the birds I don't think there would be any problem. I am not sure what type rays a tanning bed uses as I am not very familiar with them but as long as it isn't hot enough to hurt them or bright enough shining right into their cages I don't really see a problem. UVB and UVA are both good for a birds eyesight but since I don't know anything about the tanning beds I don't know if that is what they use or not or the amounts it releases.
