outdoor bird avery

I have two cockatiels that I would like to put outisde and build a nice bird avery so that they can fly around. It would need to have a cover and heaters (it gets cold here in the winter) Does anyone know hwere I can get plans?? Thank you

I am not real familiar with either of these books but have had others say that they are great. Just don't forget with cold winters you will need a fully enclosed section to keep them inside out of the really cold weather, besides the heaters etc.
