Finch Breeding....

Hi everyone! I want to get into small bird breeding, and i was considering zebra finches. I need some help, i need a bird that is A) cheap B) can live outdoors C) breeds alot. Any suggestions?

I am working on setting up an outdoor avairy, it will be 12ft by 12ft by 10ft.
Any help is greatly appriciated. Thanks.

or malay, or chinese spotted doves ? There are other cold hardy dove species, that are pretty reliable breeders, and do well in outdoor flights -

You have a dry place for them to roost, many dove species are cold hardy - A breder could tell you if the particular species you were interested in was -I know that all breeds of the rock dove, (the pigeon) are, as are the spotted doves and the ringnecks -

They could all make a winter just fine as long as they have a properly built flight with somewhere to get away from the weather and stay dry and out of the wind.
