Hi all. Thanks to all your helpful information, all five finch eggs have hatched. I would like to know what kind of food i should give them besides seeds, bread, and some greens. I called petco to ask and they told me to just keep feeding them the same food I have been feeding them and the parents will do what they need to feed the babies. Do the parents regurgitate to feed their babies?

Congrats on the grandfinches! I assume the parents are feeding them OK? If so, just give the parents a good diet, including pellets, eggs, and veggies. I'd cut out the bread. Yes, the parents regurgitate to feed the babies.
